Andrew A. Aun
Prior to law school, Mr. Aun worked with the South Carolina State Senate Majority Leader, serving as Administrative Assistant to the Senate Transportation Committee, and developed experience in legislative and regulatory affairs. He also worked with the Richland County Legislative Delegation and the United States Senate Commerce Committee, Consumer Affairs Subcommittee. After graduating law school in 1995, he worked with the law firm of Berry, Quackenbush and Stuart, where he was primarily involved in the areas of Legislative & Regulatory Relations, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation, including repossession actions, title insurance defense and tort law. In 1999, Mr. Aun joined the Grier Law Firm, where he was involved in an aggressive litigation practice, focusing primarily on commercial and insurance defense, construction litigation, and wrongful death. During this same period of time, Aun developed the real estate law division of the Grier Law Firm, and was primarily involved in the closing of real estate transactions and developer/builder representation.

With the establishment Aun and McKay, P. A., Aun is involved in a general practice, focusing on the areas of Real Estate and Civil Litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, automobile & trucking accidents, real estate, construction litigation, civil litigation, contractual issues and worker's compensation. Mr. Aun also has a growing practice representing developers, builders, homeowners associations, and realtors in the real estate process.
