In the early to mid 1990s, Andrew Aun and Randy McKay attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina School Of Law. During their years of law school, Andy and Randy developed a true friendship, one that enabled them to work effectively together on law school projects and in studying for the bar exam. The relationship went beyond law school: they participated in each other's wedding ceremonies and worked together as associates in the same law firm. This effective working relationship and their shared devotion to the philosophy of client service led to their decision to form Aun and McKay, P. A., Attorneys At Law (A&M).

Established in April 2004, Aun and McKay, P. A. offers a wide array of legal services to its clientele, both on a transactional level and in matters involving litigation. Focusing primarily on the areas of Civil Litigation, Real Estate, and Family Law, Andrew A. Aun and G. Randall McKay provide nearly eighteen years combined experience to their clientele, with an aggressive, effective, professional approach to resolving disputes and consummating transactions. A&M is staffed with qualified and experienced paralegals and personnel, and client service is and will continue to be the "key" to the firm's success.

Both Andy and Randy work and live in the area in which they practice. Andy resides at Lake Murray with his wife Peggy and son Andy, Jr. or "A J". Randy resides in Irmo, where his wife Clare teaches at Irmo Elementary, and where they live with their twin girls, Mallery and Madelynne. Their community involvement has taken many forms, including membership in the Irmo Chamber of Commerce and local community organizations such as the Ballentine Civic Association, Kappa Sigma Fraternity Alumni Association, Leaphart Elementary School PTO, the Jaycees, the National Association of the Mentally Ill, and many other community-oriented groups and organizations.

With extensive experience in Real Estate, Litigation, and Family Law, the scope of service offered by the firm is broad. Because A&M offers litigation support capabilities to individuals, businesses, and corporations, many clients of Aun and McKay, P. A., developed through Real Estate representation, have and do use their services in litigation, family law, and for other legal services.

When asked what makes A&M different from other law firms, Andy was quick to respond with "We like to think that we offer an extensive range of services over and above real estate closings. Our ultimate goal is to meet the needs of our clients in all areas of the law which we offer, so that we can establish a 'Family-Lawyer' relationship with our clients."
